Delivery Times

We work hard to ensure your order is shipped out as soon as it is processed.


Parcel Shipping time to Canada:
Expected delivery for in-stock items is 2-7 business days for Canadian destinations. 

Estimated Shipping time to United States:
Expected delivery for in-stock items is 3-10 business days for United States destinations.

International Shipping:
Please contact us to discuss international shipping rates.

Stock Levels

With the extensive product line that we offer, sometimes an available item on our website is not currently in stock in our store or warehouse. We work hard to bring in items on a regular basis but cannot guarantee that every products in your order can be shipped out the next business day. 

In-stock items: will be shipped out next business day (after we receive your order).

Out of Stock Items: please allow 2-4 weeks extra for delivery and our customer care representative will contact you with updates regarding your order. 

Time-Sensitive Orders: We are a small but mighty team. We ask that you contact us before placing your order if you need it to arrive by a specific date. This will ensure we can adhere to your request and check stock levels before the order is placed. 

Please be aware that on occasion, an item you have ordered may not be in stock in our storefront or warehouse. In such cases, please allow 2-4 weeks extra for delivery and our customer care representative will contact you with updates regarding your order.

Please also note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together, as we ship based on availability.

Local Pick Up

If you are local to the Toronto area and would like to pick up your item in person, we’d love to see you! Be sure to call us at (416) 291-1772 and inform us of your order number and the date you’re available to come in, and we will happily refund your shipping costs. 

You may also call us to inquire about products we have in stock at our retail location. We ask that you do this before coming into the store to ensure we can assist you and adhere to your request.
