At Joseph’s, we work hard to ensure your order is being shipped out as soon as it is processed so that you can enjoy your items at the earliest possible date.
Parcel Shipping time to Canada:
- Expected delivery for in-stock items is 2-7 business days for Canadian destinations.
Estimated Shipping time to United States:
- Expected delivery for in-stock items is 3-10 business days for United States destinations.

With the extensive product line that we offer, sometimes an item that is available on the website is not currently in stock at our store and/or warehouse. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that all of the products in your order can be shipped out the next business day.
In-stock items will be shipped out the next business day after we receive your order.
For items that are out of stock, please allow 2-4 weeks extra for delivery and our customer care representative will contact you with updates regarding your order.
As we are a small but mighty team, we ask that you contact us before placing your order if you need it to arrive by a certain date. This will ensure we can adhere to your request and check stock levels before the order is placed.

Local Pick Up
If you are local to the Toronto, Ontario area and would like to come visit our store to pick up your item, we’d love to see you! Be sure to call us at 416-291-1772 and inform us of your order number and the date you’re available to come in, and we will gladly refund your shipping costs. You can find our stores location in the Contact Us section of the website.
You may also call us to inquire about products we have in stock at our retail location. We ask that you do this before coming into the store to ensure we can assist you and adhere to your request.
