Returns

If you need to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Online Orders:

If you are not fully satisfied with the items you purchased, we will ask you to repack your items carefully and return them to us. We will refund you, less the cost of shipping, for a product returned in saleable condition. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The same is true for shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on their size, weight, storage location, or destination.

Regularly priced items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-refundable items include: sale or clearance items, dated items such as calendars, special orders and items with personalization (eg. engraving).

If you noticed a product was damaged during shipping or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 2 business days. We will work with you to make it right. 

Items purchased online may be exchanged or refunded in-person at our store, please have the original receipt in hand as well as the item you wish to return.

In-Store Orders:

Refund Procedure:

All refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used during the initial transaction. The funds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
