We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-refundable items include sale or clearance items, dated items (e.g. calendars), special orders, and personalized items (e.g. engraving).

Online Orders:

If you’re not fully satisfied, please repackage your items carefully and return them in saleable condition.

Refunds will be issued minus shipping fees, which are non-refundable. This includes any surcharges for oversized, heavy, or special-location items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days so we can make it right.

Online purchases may also be exchanged or refunded in person at our store with your original receipt.

In-Store Purchases:

Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases must be completed in-store.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
