We offer a 30-day return policy. Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition with the original packaging, where applicable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Sale and clearance items, dated items (such as calendars), special-order items, and personalized items (including engraved items) are non-refundable.

Online Orders

To arrange a return, please contact us for return instructions. Items should be carefully repacked to prevent damage during return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes any additional shipping surcharges based on size, weight, storage location, or destination.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged in store within 30 days. Please bring the item(s) and your original receipt.

In-Store Purchases

Regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Returns and exchanges for items purchased in store must be completed in store.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
