We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays and other factors beyond our control. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 2–7 business days for in-stock items.
United States: 3–10 business days for in-stock items.
International: Please contact us for shipping rates and delivery estimates.
Stock Availability
While we make every effort to keep our website up to date, some items may be temporarily out of stock.
- In-stock items: Ship the next business day after your order is placed.
- Out-of-stock items: Please allow an additional 2–4 weeks for delivery. A member of our customer care team will contact you with updates if your order is affected.
Please note that items in the same order may ship separately based on availability.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to confirm stock availability and advise whether we can meet your requested delivery date.
Local Pick-Up
If you're in the Toronto area, you're welcome to pick up your order in person.
Please call (416) 291-1772 with your order number and your preferred pick-up date. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll gladly refund any shipping charges.
You're also welcome to call ahead to check the availability of items at our retail store before visiting. This helps us ensure your items are ready when you arrive.
