Sieger Köder Postcards

Discover the artwork of Sieger Köder (1925–2015), a German Catholic priest and artist whose paintings offer a profound and deeply human interpretation of Scripture and the Christian faith. Drawing on his experiences of war and the Holocaust, Köder used colour, symbolism, and visual storytelling to illuminate the Gospel and the complexities of human life. Like the parables of Jesus, his paintings invite reflection, revealing layers of meaning that deepen with each encounter.
