Altar Bread: Gluten Free 1-3/8" (Box of 25)

These gluten-free wafers are produced for those who cannot tolerate wheat; however, they are not valid matter for the celebration of the Eucharist in the Catholic Mass according to the norms of the Catholic Church.

They are made from a blend of water, garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour, and palm oil. The wafers contain 6 parts per million of gluten, well below the 20 ppm threshold typically used to classify foods as gluten-free.

To ensure purity, these wafers are baked in a dedicated bakery using equipment that is not used for traditional altar bread. Each box contains 25 individually wrapped wafers, helping prevent cross-contamination during shipping and storage.
