Slabbinck Gothic Chasuble for the Centenary of Our Lady of Fatima
Slabbinck Gothic Chasuble for the Centenary of Our Lady of Fatima
This Gothic chasuble was designed for the centenary of the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima.
The circular lines symbolize the believers gathered around the figure of Our Lady on the square of the pilgrimage site, each separate yet connected in prayer. The white fabric refers to the immense light shining during the apparitions. The gold, silver, and old gold threads used in the embroidery refer to the decorations on the robes of the Virgin.
The chasuble features machine-embroidered linear motifs in gold, silver, and old gold threads. It includes an inside stole and is designed in a Gothic cut with a stiff roll-collar.
Coordinated vestments are available.
