This monastic chasuble was worn by Pope Benedict XVI during his visit to Brazil in May 2007. 

It is crafted in Cantate fabric, a blend of 61% wool, 33% man-made fibres, and 6% lurex. The fabric gives a subtle tonal richness while maintaining a structured, wearable weight suited to liturgical use.

The chasuble is designed in a monastic, unlined cut and includes an inside stole. It is available in four liturgical colours and features an embroidered collar with a height of 9 cm (3.54").
